Our Policies

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it, usually within 2-3 business days.

We offer the following shipping methods:

UPS

United States Postal Service

*Due to steadily increasing fuel costs large or unusually heavy orders may incur an additional shipping fee billed separately after check out.

Sales Tax

We charge 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address. Our shopping cart will not allow you to opt out of paying sales tax. If you have a resale number issued by the state of PA we will honor it provided your business relates to the items we sell. We must have a PA Exemption Certificate and copy of your current tax number on file before we can issue a refund of the sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Please know that we are unable to accept returns on open bags of botanicals and fragrance oils. If you are not sure if a particular product will work for you please order a small amount for testing purposes.

If you have made special arrangements to pick up an order rather than have it shipped payment terms are cash only.
